LearnGauge consults with and implements solutions focused on supporting the complete learning lifecycle, rather than a series of individual learning events – a process we call “Continuous Learning”. Our experience has shown that in order to be both effective and cost efficient, learning needs to be not only delivered to an individual, but adopted by the individual and expressed by new skills and behaviors. Continuous learning incorporates the concept of multiple learning opportunities interspersed by assessment and reinforcement to provide the greatest potential for learning adoption and application by the individual.
